What this is
KeeperBots is operated by KeeperBots. By creating an account or connecting a bot you are agreeing to these terms.
The service is currently in beta and free of charge, limited to 3 connected groups per account. We will give you notice before introducing any charge, and you will never be billed without agreeing first.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
One person or organisation per account. Don't create accounts to get around the limits of the plan you are on.
Connecting a bot
You may only connect a bot to a group you own or administer, or where the administrator has asked you to. You must make sure the members of that group know the bot records and summarises their messages, and that they can opt out.
You are responsible for the bot token you provide and for the conduct of the bot inside your group.
The roast feature
This service can post a deliberately mocking daily summary. It is off unless you turn it on, and one switch turns it off again.
It writes about real people using their own words. The model is instructed not to target anyone's identity or anything they cannot change, but it is an automated system and it will sometimes get things wrong. If you enable it, you are the publisher of what it posts in your group. Review it, and turn it off if it is not right for your community.
Acceptable use
Don't use KeeperBots to harass, surveil people without their knowledge, or break the law or Telegram's own terms. Don't use it to monitor people who have not been told they are being monitored.
We may suspend or remove an account that is using the service this way, and we will tell you why.
Availability
This is a beta service on a single server. There is no uptime guarantee, maintenance may interrupt it, and features may change.
We take verified backups every night, but you should not treat this service as the only home for anything you cannot lose.
Ending it
You can delete a bot or stop using the service whenever you like. Deleting a bot stops it and removes its history on the schedule described in the privacy policy.
We may close an account for a breach of these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice to account holders.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, KeeperBots is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and law
We will tell account holders before these terms change in a way that materially affects them. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's home jurisdiction.
